
Private Sessions
There are dozens of reasons people take private lessons. Maybe your schedule doesn’t match our classes. Maybe you’re recovering from an injury and need targeted support. Maybe you’re nervous to start working out again after years off. Or maybe you just got a terrible haircut and you’re not ready to face a class full of people. (Ok, that last one isn’t a great reason to choose private lessons. Everyone in our classes is friendly and welcoming, no matter how your hair looks!)
