Pilates inspired fitness classes helps to strengthen, stabilize and improve the core of your body. The core is the foundation for movement and the stronger and more resilient it becomes, it can benefit your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
Are you ready to feel the burn? Our signature class is inspired by Pilates (with support from Lizzo and Britney, of course)! This full-body workout focuses on large and small muscle groups to help your entire body become stronger and more defined.
There’s nothing wrong with being basic… but we want to give you a little something extra. We’ve turned up the volume on Pilates’ traditional core-focused workouts and applied the science of the movements to the back, arms, and legs to give you a full-body workout in a low-impact manner.
You’re the life of the party and you go go go from dawn ‘til dusk (and then you keep on going some more). Enhanced stretch is 50 minutes of restoration designed to destress, improve movement, elongate muscles, and expedite recovery, so you can get back to full speed ahead!
Low impact exercise has never been more effective for burning calories. Lunge, Squat, and Deadlift using dumbbells, (FULL) wine bottles, or anything you have available to raise that heart rate, burn those calories and feel good to the last drop of sweat that hit the mat. Cardio has never been more time saving and more convenient.
