We get it, you stan our instructors. We think they’re pretty great, too! Our classes and instructors stay consistent 99.99% of the time, but every once in a while, life happens and we’ll need to make a last-minute switch. All of our instructors are trained and accredited, and who knows– you might just find a new favorite instructor! 

Don’t be tardy to the party! To give everyone a safe and effective experience, we ask that you sign in 5 minutes prior to class time. First-timers will not be permitted to join the class after it’s started (we don’t want you to miss our safety instructions!), and regulars will only be permitted within the first 5 minutes.

Life happens, and we want you to live it! So whether you’ve just been asked out on a date or you decided to pick up and follow your favorite band to their next destination, we just ask that you tell us you’re not joining at least 12 hours before class start time to get the class credited back to your account.

If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account to cancel your class, or go to your confirmation email and click on the Cancel My Appointment button. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, please email aloha@enhancewell.com.

If you ghost us, it’ll come back to haunt you. 👻 *Jokes!* If you are using a class package or single class you will lose your class credit, but we’ll send you a recorded version of the class so you can do it on your own later. Hurry, though. The recording is only good for 48 hours post-class!

We put the fun in no refunds. Sorry, y’all, but if you cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.

Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours before a class starts. However, you may email us to sign up as a “walk-in” for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours! Please sign in to ZOOM no earlier than 5 minutes before for a class drop-in.

Think of the waitlist as the line to get into a super fun club (where you’re going to plank instead of party). To get in line, you must accept the purchase agreement if you get into class. If you get into your waitlisted class before the 12-hour cancellation window, you will be automatically added to the class and receive a confirmation email. If you do not get a spot in the class, you will not be charged.

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware the 12-hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before the class begins. 

If someone cancels within the 12-hour cancellation window, we’ll email you to make sure you still want to join before adding you to the class.

To check your waitlist status, log into your account to check your schedule. If you got into the class prior to the 12-hour cancellation, it will say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.”  If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us at aloha@enhancewell.com prior to the 12-hour cancellation window, and we’ll cancel your reservation for free.

You do you, boo! (Just make sure you do it more than 24 hours before your private session.) All private sessions have a 24-hour class cancellation policy, so you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment start time and the session will be credited back to your account.

You can work out without any equipment… but even Michelangelo needed tools to sculpt David. If getting sculpted is your end goal, this equipment will help you see the best results.
