Move Well, And Move Often

The Enhancewell Fitness team has decades of experience teaching, training, and coaching in the field of fitness, and it’s our passion to encourage you to move, move well, and move often.

In early 2020, we closed the doors to our in-person studio to launch a fully virtual studio. Over the years, many of our clients moved abroad, and a virtual studio was the perfect way to reconnect with old clients and invite new ones to work out with us, too.

Everyone’s preferred fitness style is different, so we offer private sessions and live group fitness classes in our 100% virtual studio. The Enhancewell Fitness team trains clients from around the world– in their own living room. We place a heavy focus on form because we know that practice only makes perfect only when your posture during practice is perfect!

Each class has a maximum of 10 students, so we’re able to dedicate individualized attention that helps you achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, drop a dress size or prepare for a fitness test, we’ve got you covered.

For some, Enhancwell Fitness is their first workout since school-mandated PE class. For others, they’re looking for a way to supplement in-person gym time. We train beginners and advanced athletes, and we’re excited to help you smash goals on your journey to fitness.
