For my birthday last August, I was gifted a massage. So sweet, right? Except when I stood up after my massage, I threw my back out. Welcome to 35. 🙄 Simply existing was all kinds of painful, and I wasn’t really sure how to fix it. I’d done physical therapy in the past, but I was 5 days away from moving to Lisbon and needed a virtual solution.
That’s how I met Antoni.
In just one private session, he pinpointed why my back hurt and eased my pain. (OK, so his insistence on my doing hip taps and planks was not comfortable… but my back felt 100x better in just one session.)
I have to admit, I was a bit of a skeptic before that session (I mean, I DO make a living eating sweet and usually don’t prioritize workouts), but my private sessions with Enhancewell Fitness yielded undeniable results for me. At the end of each session, I was given homework to complete each day to strengthen my core and keep my back aligned to reduce the risk of future injury.
I’m not making any promises for them, but if you’re on the fence, wondering whether online fitness classes can be as successful as in-person ones, remember this: in one session, Antoni identified the root of my back pain— something no in-person trainer has EVER done. And I think that’s worth giving it a shot. What do you have to lose… except maybe some pain?!
